guilty pleasure

i feel quite guilty right now because i had almost three cups of oh so yummy home-made coffee :-(
but what can i do, the cold weather tempts me to gulp something hot and my taste buds demand for it. waahhh! bakit kase ang sarap ng kape?!
i swear! those cups are the last ones to lure me this week (ahh, hopefully!)

tama ba assumption ko na bawal ang coffee sa preggy women?

nakow kung ganun eh promise na nde ka na sosobra mommy annie...siguro kahit 2 gulps lang a day? :)

actually hindi naman talaga bawal mg-coffee, sabi ng dietitian ko & sa mga articles na nabasa ko, i-limit lang ang intake per day (max 2 cups a day). kaya i felt guilty yesterday nung naka-tatlo ako, waahhh! sarap kase lalo na pag may coffeemate.

pero in fairness, natiis ko na hndi magkape during my first trimester, hehe :) as in kahet tikim, never.
